OMGOODNESS GRACIOUS! Absolutely Awesome Rooms! They gave us an Upgrade to a Suite! We were Blessed to have been able to have that Luxury Room. Had a Jacuzzi and 2-T.Vs. Super Large Room. Very clean, had a nice smell. That room had 4 large windows in that room! I have never seen a room like that so nice and big. Staff were very kind and nice. We paid very little for a pet fee. Free Breakfast too.

We needed a half-way point for a trip and this was almost exactly that. Couldn't have been happier with this hotel. Beds are the best and the room setting was pleasant. Furniture looked new and was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Great stay with several nice dining choices nearby.

We stay here often when we come home to see family. Typically we love this hotel and have never had a issue but this last time we stayed, our room had a funky smell I noticed every time we entered which wasn’t typical, and the bathroom was fairly dirty with noticeable dirt. We stayed in a suite so for that price this last stay was disappointing, I hope next time is better, or it may be our last.

The hotel was extremely nice and clean. The hot breakfast was fantastic and the cinnamon rolls were a great addition. The staff at check in and check out were also great. We have stayed here a couple of times and really enjoy it.

DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!!!!! Confirmed reservations were arbitrarily and abruptly cancelled. A replacement reservation was offered for nearly 7 times the cost of my original reservation. Multiple attempts to contact the general manager by phone were ignored. I did not receive a return call from her until I involved the IHG corporate Customer Service. The general manager refused to honor my original reservation, stating that it was cancelled due to an error with their system. In reality, I believe the property realized that they could make more money on other reservations for the dates we had reserved, and decided to arbitrarily cancel our reservation. I feel this is an inappropriate action, a poor business practice, and a very negative reflection on the entire IHG group of properties. A confirmed reservation should be honored.

After a long day of driving, we stopped late to get a room to grab a few hours of sleep before we finished our trip. The room we were given had an awful noise coming from the ceiling/walls. Needless to say, we got very little sleep & considering the $120 charge for a 5 hour stay, that's ridiculous. The staff at the front desk was helpful, but not very polite - she seemed snarky. Breakfast was sad... The "omelette" is just eggs with a slice of Kraft cheese in the middle. The biscuits are low quality and dry, gravy was cold. Overall, we had an awful stay and I would recommend you grab a room at a different hotel in the area if possible.
